Sec. 1043.104. HOSPITAL SYSTEM. The district may provide for the establishment of a hospital or hospital system to provide medical and hospital care to the district's needy residents. Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.02, eff. April 1, 2009.
