Sec. 1047.057. COMPENSATION; EXPENSES. A director serves without compensation but shall be reimbursed for actual expenses incurred in the performance of the director's duties under this chapter. Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.02, eff. April 1, 2009.
