Sec. 105.024. OFFENSE. (a) A person commits an offense if the person knowingly violates this subtitle. (b) An offense under this section is a felony of the third degree. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 166, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
