Sec. 105.025. PLACE FOR SUIT. A suit for an injunction or a penalty under this subtitle may be brought in: (1) Travis County; (2) a county in which the violation is alleged to have occurred; or (3) a county in which a defendant resides. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 166, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
