Sec. 105.152. POLICE JURISDICTION. Campus peace officers shall have the same jurisdiction, powers, privileges, and immunities as specified in Section 51.203, Education Code. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 25, Sec. 1, eff. May 2, 2001.
