Sec. 1051.302. EXAMINATION FEE. Notwithstanding Section 2113.203, Government Code, the board may delegate the collection of any examination fee prescribed by the board to the person who conducts the examination. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 331, Sec. 2.08, eff. Sept. 1, 2003.
