Recruitment of Medical Staff

Sec. 1054.063. RECRUITMENT OF MEDICAL STAFF. The board may spend district money to recruit physicians, nurses, and other trained medical personnel. The board may pay the tuition or other education-related costs or expenses of a person who: (1) graduates from a medical school, nursing school, or an institution of higher education; and (2) contractually agrees to become a district employee.
