Officers

Sec. 1056.054. OFFICERS. (a) The board shall select from among the managers a chair and a vice chair. (b) The board shall appoint a secretary, who need not be a manager. (c) Each officer of the board serves a one-year term. (d) The board shall fill a vacancy in a board office for the remainder of the unexpired term.
