Sec. 1056.102. INJUNCTION. A process or action under a court order or judgment subject to a bill of review filed under Section 1056.101 may be stayed only by writ of injunction. Added by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 823 (H.B. 2759), Sec. 1.02, eff. January 1, 2014.
