Sec. 1057.109. CONTRACTS WITH GOVERNMENTAL ENTITIES FOR CARE AND TREATMENT. The board, with the approval of the Matagorda County Commissioners Court, may contract with: (1) a county for the care and treatment of a sick or injured person of that county; and (2) this state or a federal agency for the care and treatment of a sick or injured person for whom the state or agency is responsible.
