Sec. 1058.060. GENERAL DUTIES OF DISTRICT ADMINISTRATOR. Subject to any limitations prescribed by the board, the district administrator shall: (1) perform the duties required by the board; (2) supervise the work and activities of the district; and (3) direct the affairs of the district.
