Officers

Sec. 1061.056. OFFICERS. (a) The board shall elect: (1) a president and a vice president from among its members; and (2) a secretary, who need not be a director. (b) Each officer of the board serves for a term of one year. (c) The board by vote shall fill a vacancy in a board office for the unexpired term.
