Sec. 1061.119. REIMBURSEMENT FOR SERVICES TO NONRESIDENTS. If a welfare patient, who is not a district resident, is admitted to a district facility, the district may: (1) seek reimbursement from the patient's county of residence; and (2) sue for reimbursement.
