Sec. 1064.051. DEFINITION. In this subchapter, "medical staff" means physicians who: (1) are licensed to practice medicine in this state; and (2) hold medical staff privileges granted by the district. Added by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1139 (H.B. 2619), Sec. 1.01, eff. April 1, 2011.
