Sec. 1064.054. BOARD VACANCY. If a vacancy occurs in the office of a director, the entity that appointed the vacating director shall appoint a director for the unexpired term. Added by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1139 (H.B. 2619), Sec. 1.01, eff. April 1, 2011.
