Sec. 1066.060. ASSISTANT DISTRICT ADMINISTRATOR; ATTORNEY. (a) The board may appoint qualified persons as: (1) the assistant district administrator; and (2) the attorney for the district. (b) The attorney for the district and the assistant district administrator serve at the will of the board and are entitled to the compensation determined by the board.
