Sec. 1067.155. ANNUAL AUDIT. (a) The board annually shall have an audit made of the district's financial condition. (b) The audit shall be open to inspection at all times at the district's principal office. Added by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1139 (H.B. 2619), Sec. 1.01, eff. April 1, 2011.
