Contracts With Political Subdivision For Services

Sec. 1069.115. CONTRACTS WITH POLITICAL SUBDIVISION FOR SERVICES. The board may contract with a political subdivision of this state or with a state or federal agency for the district to: (1) furnish a mobile emergency medical service; (2) provide for the investigatory or welfare needs of district inhabitants; or (3) provide a rural health clinic to care for the inhabitants of the contracting political subdivision.
