Sec. 1069.210. SPENDING RESTRICTIONS. Except as provided by Sections 1069.106, 1069.107, and 1069.211 and by Subchapter F, the district may not incur an obligation payable from district revenue other than the revenue on hand or to be on hand in the current and immediately following district fiscal years.
