Sec. 107.03. DELIVERY OF LIQUOR IN DRY AREA. No carrier may transport and deliver liquor to a person in a dry area in this state except for a purpose authorized by this code. Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 517, ch. 194, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1977.
