Sec. 1070.060. GENERAL DUTIES OF DISTRICT ADMINISTRATOR. Subject to the limitations prescribed by the board, the district administrator shall: (1) supervise the work and activities of the district; (2) direct the affairs of the district; and (3) have overall management responsibility for ancillary health care facilities.
