Sec. 1070.111. CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS. A construction contract that involves the expenditure of more than $10,000 may be made only after advertising in the manner provided by Chapter 252, Local Government Code, or Subchapter B, Chapter 271, Local Government Code.
