Sec. 1070.112. OPERATING AND MANAGEMENT CONTRACTS. The board may enter into an operating or management contract with a public or private entity relating to the district's facilities, equipment, or services. Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.02, eff. April 1, 2009.
