Sec. 1070.115. PROVISION OF SERVICES OUTSIDE DISTRICT. The board may provide health care services outside the district for the care and treatment of the sick or injured persons of any jurisdiction. Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.02, eff. April 1, 2009.
