Sec. 1072.103. RULES. The board may adopt rules governing: (1) the operation of the hospital and hospital system; and (2) the duties, functions, and responsibilities of district staff and employees. Added by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 876 (S.B. 2517), Sec. 3.01, eff. June 19, 2009.
