Sec. 1076.053. QUALIFICATIONS FOR OFFICE. To qualify for election as a trustee, a person must: (1) be at least 18 years of age; (2) have been a resident of the district for at least two years; (3) have been a resident of the commissioners precinct from which the person is to be elected for at least two years, unless the person is running at large; and (4) be a qualified voter.
