Hospital System

Sec. 1076.103. HOSPITAL SYSTEM. The district shall provide for: (1) the establishment of a hospital or hospital system in the district to provide medical and hospital care and treatment and related services to district residents by: (A) purchasing, constructing, acquiring, repairing, or renovating buildings, facilities, and improvements; and (B) equipping the buildings, facilities, and improvements for hospital purposes; and (2) the operation, maintenance, and administration of the hospital or hospital system for hospital purposes.
