Provision of Certain Health Services

Sec. 1076.111. PROVISION OF CERTAIN HEALTH SERVICES. The district may operate or provide for: (1) the operation of a mobile emergency medical or air ambulance service; (2) home health services, long-term care, skilled nursing care, intermediate nursing care, or hospice care; and (3) any other reasonable or appropriate medical care or medical service.
