Sec. 1076.154. ANNUAL AUDIT. As soon as practicable after the close of each fiscal year, the board shall have an annual audit made of the district's books and records by an independent public accountant. Added by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 112 (S.B. 1026), Sec. 1.01, eff. April 1, 2015.
