Restriction On Houston County Taxation and Debt

Sec. 1078.102. RESTRICTION ON HOUSTON COUNTY TAXATION AND DEBT. Houston County may not impose a tax or issue bonds or other obligations for hospital purposes or to provide medical care for district residents. Added by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1139 (H.B. 2619), Sec. 1.01, eff. April 1, 2011.
