Sec. 1080.110. CONTRACT CONCERNING HEALTH CARE FACILITY IN DISTRICT. The district may contract with any of the following entities for the entity to lease, manage, or operate a health care facility in the district: (1) the DeWitt Medical District; and (2) Gonzales Healthcare Systems.
