Appointment of Staff and Employees

Sec. 1081.060. APPOINTMENT OF STAFF AND EMPLOYEES. (a) The board may appoint to the staff any doctors the board considers necessary for the efficient operation of the district and may make temporary appointments as necessary. (b) The district may employ fiscal agents, accountants, architects, and attorneys the board considers proper. (c) The board may delegate to the chief executive officer the authority to hire district employees, including technicians and nurses.
