Sec. 1083.152. FISCAL YEAR. (a) The district operates on a fiscal year established by the board. (b) The fiscal year may not be changed: (1) if revenue bonds are outstanding; or (2) more than once in a 24-month period. Added by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1139 (H.B. 2619), Sec. 1.01, eff.
