Sec. 1083.251. IMPOSITION OF AD VALOREM TAX. (a) The district may impose a tax on all property in the district subject to district taxation. (b) The tax may be used: (1) to meet the requirements of district bonds; and (2) for the district's maintenance and operating expenses.
