Inspections

Sec. 1084.112. INSPECTIONS. The district is subject to inspection by any authorized representative of this state. A district officer or employee shall: (1) admit the representative into any district facility; and (2) provide the representative with access on demand to any record, report, book, paper, or account relating to the district.
