Sec. 1086.052. NOTICE OF ELECTION. Not later than the 35th day before the date of a directors' election, notice of the election must be published one time in a newspaper with general circulation in the district. Added by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 70 (S.B. 1147), Sec. 1.01, eff. April 1, 2013.
