Sec. 1091.103. RULES. The board may adopt rules governing: (1) the operation of the hospital and hospital system; and (2) the duties, functions, and responsibilities of district staff and employees. Added by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1139 (H.B. 2619), Sec. 1.01, eff. April 1, 2011.
