Sec. 1091.112. PROVISION OF CERTAIN HEALTH SERVICES. The district may: (1) operate or provide for the operation of a mobile emergency medical service; and (2) operate or provide for home health services, long-term care, skilled nursing care, intermediate nursing care, hospice care, or any other reasonable or appropriate medical care or medical services.
