Venue

Sec. 11.078. VENUE. A suit brought under the provisions of Section 11.076 or Section 11.077 of this code shall be brought in the county in which the land or any part of the land is located. Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2354, ch. 871, art. I, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1977.
