Sec. 11.105. MATTER IN WHICH MEMBER HAS PERSONAL INTEREST. A member of the finance commission may not act or participate in the portion of a commission meeting during which the matter considered specifically relates to an entity: (1) of which the member or the member's spouse is an officer, director, stockholder, shareholder, or owner; or (2) in which the member or the member's spouse has another financial interest.
