Sec. 11.129. REVIEW OF APPLICATION; AMENDMENT. The commission shall determine whether the application, maps, and other materials comply with the requirements of this chapter and the rules of the commission. The commission may require amendment of the application, maps, or other materials to achieve necessary compliance. Amended by Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2207, ch. 870, Sec. 1, eff.
