Sec. 11.167. OPERATION OUTSIDE DISTRICT BOUNDARIES. The board of trustees of a school district may operate a school or program, including an extracurricular program, or hold a class outside the boundaries of the district. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 734, Sec. 1, eff. June 13, 2001.
