Art. 11.20. OFFICER EXECUTING WARRANT. The same power may be exercised by the officer executing the warrant in cases arising under the foregoing Articles as is exercised in the execution of warrants of arrest. Acts 1965, 59th Leg., vol. 2, p. 317, ch. 722.
