Sec. 11.204. EFFECTIVENESS OF REINSTATEMENT OF NONFILING ENTITY. The reinstatement of a terminated nonfiling entity takes effect on the approval required by Section 11.202(b). Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, Sec. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
