Sec. 11.205. EFFECTIVENESS OF REINSTATEMENT OF FILING ENTITY. The reinstatement of a terminated filing entity that previously filed a certificate of termination takes effect on the filing of the entity's certificate of reinstatement. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, Sec. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
