Consumer Credit Rules

Sec. 11.304. CONSUMER CREDIT RULES. The finance commission may adopt rules necessary to supervise the consumer credit commissioner and ensure compliance with Chapter 14 and Title 4. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
