Sec. 11.313. TIMING OF TERMINATION. A court may enter a decree under Section 11.301 terminating the existence of a filing entity: (1) when the court considers it necessary or advisable; or (2) on completion of the winding up process. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, Sec. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
