Sec. 1102.105. NURSING HOME FACILITIES. The district may provide outpatient care for the aged or infirm residing in the district in nursing home facilities by purchasing, constructing, acquiring, repairing, renovating, or leasing land, buildings, and improvements. The district may equip the facilities and administer the facilities for appropriate purposes. Added by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 70 (S.B. 1147), Sec. 1.01, eff. April 1, 2013.
