Content of Examination

Sec. 1102.151. CONTENT OF EXAMINATION. (a) A license examination must evaluate competence in the subject matter of each required core real estate inspection course. (b) The commission shall: (1) prescribe each license examination; and (2) prepare or contract for the examination. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 2, eff. June 1, 2003.
