Sec. 1103.059. QUASI-JUDICIAL IMMUNITY. A member of the board is entitled to quasi-judicial immunity from suit for an action that: (1) is taken as a member of the board; and (2) is in compliance with the law. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 2, eff. June 1, 2003.
